If you are unable to make a withdrawal it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- There are no funds in your wallet.
- You are attempting to withdraw an amount which is less than the minimum withdrawal amount, £10 or 100 DKK.
- You made your first deposit less than 24 hours ago. It may take up to 24 after your first deposit for your bank to clear you to accept withdrawals.
- You changed your credit card information less than 28 days ago. If you change your credit card information, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals for 28 days. This is a measure to prevent fraudulent activities and money laundering.
